How my journey began…

I had always seen myself as “the big girl”, “chunky ” and the “fat” friend for as long as I can remember. Throughout my life my weight has yo-yo’d due to countless fad diets and ridiculous attempts to lose weight in an unhealthy and unrealistic way which only led to me gaining even more weight and damaging my self-esteem.

During lockdown, I was able to take control over my fitness and health making a significant transformation and building habits to allow me to sustainably lose weight and keep it off. It also reignited my passion and joy for fitness and the benefits it brings to both the physical and mental health.  

Since my transformation, I have been on a mission to helping others feel comfortable and confident with working out and have fun doing so! 

I am a qualified Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer who specialises in Step Aerobics, fusing my love for dance and fitness!

I also teach Box Fit, Dance (Commercial / Street), HIIT Training & Boot Camps. 

You'll be sure to break a sweat in my classes, be vibing to sickest tunes and feel energised for the rest of your day.
